Off The Record

Co-produced by Force Majeure and Carriageworks in partnership with Dance Integrated Australia

How much of yourself do you reveal to the outside world?

Whilst we like being heard, there may be consequences to over-sharing. So, over time we learn to keep our inner voice quiet; to abide by ‘acceptable’ behaviours. But away from society’s judging eyes, would you behave differently?

Off The Record is a light-hearted exploration of the rituals that govern the way we live; weighing up the consequences of playing it safe and toeing the line, versus breaking the rules.

In this Australian premiere, Force Majeure and Dance Integrated Australia bring together a diverse group of artists to consider life ‘off-the-record’.
