INCITE Payment FAQ
When is payment due?
We ask that either full payment or a 50% instalment is made when you receive your offer, in order to accept the offer and confirm your position.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Bookings are made via TryBooking which accepts credit and debit card payments.
I am applying for funding to help pay for my attendance in the INCITE Intensive. Are you able to provide me a letter of confirmation?
Should you be accepted into the INCITE Intensive, we are happy to provide a letter of confirmation to support your application. Please get in touch with information about the funding you are applying for and relevant deadlines to projects@forcemajeure.com.au
How do I know that my place is confirmed?
Your place is secure once we have received your payment. We’ll send you confirmation of this and a receipt for your records.
Do you offer refunds?
The 50% first instalment is non-refundable. If paid in full, there is a 50% cancellation fee (50% will be refunded). This cancellation fee applies to all applicants regardless of time of submission. Cancellations after the 14 October will not be eligible for a refund.
