When is payment due?
We ask that full payment is made upfront when you receive your offer, in order to accept the offer and confirm your position.
I won’t be able to pay the full fee for INCITE upfront. Do you offer payment plans?
We sure do! We are happy to discuss a customised payment plan for you should your application be successful.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept a direct bank transfer into our account.
I am applying for funding to help pay for my attendance in the INCITE Intensive. Are you able to provide me a letter of confirmation?
Should you be accepted into the INCITE Intensive, we are happy to provide a letter of confirmation to support your application. Please get in touch with information about the funding you are applying for and relevant deadlines to projects@forcemajeure.com.au
How do I know that my place is confirmed?
Your place is secure once we have received your payment. We’ll also send you confirmation of this and a receipt.
Do you offer refunds?
The fee is only refundable if there is a replacement participant, and there is a refund fee of 10% of the full program fee to cover the additional administration required to process refunds.
